Piano: Federico Colli

The Italian pianist Federico Colli is celebrated in piano recitals and orchestral concerts at the most prestigious concert halls in Europe and Japan. He won the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg in 2011. In 2014, he was selected by the magazine International Piano as one of the 30 pianists under 30 who will dominate the world stage in the coming years. He is also a guest in Erl for the first time.

Federico Colli Piano

Der Pianist Federico Colli wurde 1988 in Brescia geboren und studierte in Mailand, Imola und Salzburg. Er gewann die Goldmedaille beim Internationalen Klavierwettbewerb in Leeds 2012, wurde vom International Piano Magazine zu einem der „30 Pianisten unter 30“ gekürt und hat sich rasch internationale Anerkennung erworben. Er trat mit vielen der weltweit führenden Orchester und Dirigenten auf, u. a. im Wiener Musikverein, im Konzerthaus Berlin, im Leipziger Gewandhaus, im Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, in der Royal Albert Hall in London, der Philharmonie de Paris, der Nikkei Hall in Tokio und dem Lincoln Center in New York. Als musikalisch leitender Solist arbeitete er mit Orchestern wie der Academy of St. Martin in the Fields und dem Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra zusammen.
