AGBS
Admission tickets
Tickets can be ordered by phone, fax, email or online booking. The Tiroler Festspiele Erl are entitled to review the order and, if necessary, reject it or limit it in quantity without further stating reasons. Orders are processed in the order of receipt and according to available seats.
Processing fees of € 5,- are charged on the prices we specify. (Status: December 2022). Payment for ordered tickets can be made by bank transfer, credit card, ATM card, voucher or in cash. The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa. When ordering through our online shop, vouchers cannot be redeemed. Tickets for wheelchair users or discounts cannot be ordered or claimed through the online shop.
Furthermore, tickets can be purchased directly at our office in Erl, Mühlgraben 56a, or at the evening box office (Attention – only during festival times!) until the start of the respective event.
Ticket purchases are binding and non-cancellable, purchased tickets will not be taken back. Similarly, refunding the admission price for uncollected or unused tickets is not possible. Program, cast or venue changes do not entitle to ticket returns. The admission ticket is invalid without being torn. If the event must be cancelled or interrupted before a performance duration of 45 minutes is reached, the admission ticket can be returned within 7 days at the place where it was purchased. The purchase price will be fully refunded in this case. By purchasing the tickets, the visitor acknowledges the house rules. For latecomers, admission to the event is generally only possible during intermissions.
In case of ticket loss, a replacement ticket can be issued once to the visitor. The replacement ticket must be requested at the ticket office and can only be issued if the visitor can credibly demonstrate which ticket was booked by him/her (exact seat and row information). In case of a subsequently double-booked seat, the owner of the replacement ticket has priority over the owner with the original ticket.
Buyers are not entitled to resell acquired vouchers or tickets commercially. In case of a violation of the prohibition of commercial resale, the buyer is obliged to hand over the profit earned to us, furthermore no further tickets for events of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl will be sold to the buyer.
Collection / Shipping
Paid tickets will be sent to the address you specified or can be collected on request at the ticket office of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl during opening hours or at the evening box office (Attention - only during festival times). Please note that tickets are only sent until about one week before the respective performance. This ensures that the ordered tickets arrive with you in time. After that, they are available for collection at the evening box office. A refund of the purchase price for non-collection as well as an exchange or return of already purchased tickets is not possible.
Ticket shipping takes place when paying by bank transfer after credit to our account, when paying by credit card immediately after release of the amount by the credit card institution.
Personal data that is transmitted to Tiroler Festspiele Erl Betriebsges.m.b.H. during online ticket purchase is not passed on to third parties. Credit card details are not stored.
Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl
Members of the Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl association are given priority in ticket allocation within their advance booking periods. The deadlines are listed in the individual ticket order forms or on the homepage if applicable.
Office opening hours
Monday–Friday: 09:00–12:00 AM and 14:00–17:00 PM
The evening box office opens 90 minutes before the start of the event.
Wheelchair users
Seats are available for wheelchair users. We ask you to make a corresponding note on the order card or to contact the ticket office of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl by phone, T +43 (0)5373 / 81 000 20.
Applicable law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Kufstein.
Vouchers
The Tiroler Festspiele Erl also offer ticket vouchers. The amount is freely selectable, the vouchers are valid for the respective festival season and can be redeemed for all events of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl - provided free seats are available. Vouchers are available at the ticket office of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl (T +43 (0)5373 / 81 000 20), they cannot be ordered online.
Discounts
Discounts can only be redeemed in advance on an order. Subsequent consideration of various discounts is not possible. Discounts cannot be combined, only 1 discount can be redeemed per ticket.
