An architecturally unique place of exclusive living culture for festival guests has been created in the immediate vicinity of the Erl Festival Center. The premiere house is made entirely of wood and thus offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy sustainable and comfortable living. Sustainable in terms of personal well-being and sustainable in terms of the environment and conservation of resources. Comfortable and exclusive, because it has its own free parking garage for guests and the only rooms in Erl with a direct view of the Festival and Passion Play House. The Premierenhaus offers spacious rooms for seminars as well as 7 suites, bookable in connection with the rental of the Festspielhaus or other rooms of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl.
