In addition to impeccable economic operations, this also means the obligation to an exemplary corporate culture. This includes the awareness that boundary violations are transgressions of the physical or psychological boundaries of other people and that processes that were not intended can also be perceived as harassment.

The following values and principles contribute to responsible coexistence:

  • Integrity means honesty and sincerity in our thinking and actions while constantly maintaining the legitimate interests of the festival and stakeholders.

  • Transparency requires objectively traceable decisions, business processes and structures. The involvement of several decision-makers in the sense of open communication is considered necessary.

Employers furthermore have a legal duty of care towards their employees. As an employer, we therefore have to ensure that the interests of employees and thus the observance of social values are maintained. As a counterpart, the legal duty of loyalty of employees towards the employer serves, which is also a duty of omission. This means that employees must refrain from crossing the physical/psychological boundaries of other people and maintain the interests of the employer.
