kelagBIGband

With Ritmos de Amistad brings Julia Malischnig together with an international ensemble of outstanding musicians and the kelagBIGband premieres a unique project in this form. Southern timbres, pulsating rhythms and poetic depth combine to create a musical experience that reaches far beyond stylistic boundaries.

Based on Julia Malischnig's new album AMISTAD - a tribute to friendship and cultural ties - this concert evening is full of color, emotion and sonic sophistication; inspired by the depth of Latin American songs, the elegance of Spanish compositions and the power of contemporary works.

This line-up, to be heard for the first time, brings together international musicians and the kelagBIGband - the big band flagship of the Kelag of Carinthia under the direction of Hans Lassnig-Walder. Individual voices and a great ensemble sound come together to form a polyphonic whole in which different musical worlds meet.

RITMOS DE CORAZÓN - Rhythms of the heart

2026 is dedicated to La Guitarra Erl completely the Ritmos de Corazón - those rhythms that not only resound, but resonate deep within. This motto reminds us that music reaches far beyond the audible: it is a pulse that connects, a common heartbeat that brings people together across cultures and continents.

At a time when the pace is constantly accelerating, the Rhythms of the heart invites you to pause and reflect on the essentials: the power of expression, the diversity of musical traditions and the stories that artists tell with their instruments. International musical personalities bring their worlds of sound to Erl and open up new perspectives on the essence of music.

La Guitarra Erl 2026 invites you to discover the rhythms of the heart, experience new musical horizons and celebrate the unifying power of music.
