I have tickets for cancelled performances, what options are there?
All already purchased tickets retain their validity for performances of your choice until summer 2021 inclusive.
As soon as you have decided for which season you want to use your tickets, you have the following options:
Rebooking to another performance of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl that is already bookable, such as program items from Thanksgiving 2020 and the Winter Festival 2020/2021. Further information about the programs can already be found on our website. Please contact our box office exclusively for rebookings, who will arrange this for you.
Credit of the amount to the customer account for future orders, for example for the Summer Festival 2021, which will be bookable from the end of November 2020.

Do I have to send my tickets back?
No.
Can I arrange a rebooking on site?
Our box office remains closed to visitors due to official requirements. Please contact us exclusively by email at karten@tiroler-festspiele.at with your wishes for rebooking.
How long will processing my request take?
Due to the restricted operation, we ask for your understanding that processing inquiries about already purchased tickets, new program items or possible alternative dates will take some time. We can assure you that we process all inquiries chronologically and contact you reliably.
We are already looking forward to the autumn and winter programs with us in Erl and to being able to welcome you back healthy!
