This extension was necessary, among other things, to create space for a new backstage area as well as additional workshop rooms. As part of the new building, the box office was also given a more generous framework than before. One of the main reasons for this relocation was the management's desire to make ticket purchases on site as pleasant and convenient as possible for all guests. Natascha Müllauer, Managing Director of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl, says: "The new box office now offers an inviting and elegant ambiance for ticket sales." Together with the team of architect Hanno Schlögl, an appealing solution was found that will certainly also find approval with the Erl audience. "During planning, reference was made to the design and optics of the festival hall. A wonderful and open space has been created in the same wood decor as the festival hall," rejoices Natascha Müllauer.

All work has now been completed, and the colleagues in the box office Christina Walker and Monika Spindler have already moved into the new premises. From now on, the new box office is open for you from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..
