Talents Triumph at the "Academy of Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl"
This year's "Academy of Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl" came to a brilliant conclusion as young musicians demonstrated their skills in the finale. After four days of intensive training and musical challenges, it was now time to honor the best participants.

Under the expert guidance of renowned lecturers such as Renate Linorter, Johann Hindler, Raffaele Gionnotti and Erich Rinner, the young musicians aged 18 to 26 refined their skills on flute, clarinet and bassoon.

The fourth day was a highlight as the winners of the finale were announced. Meret Luisa Vogel was honored for her outstanding achievements on the flute, while Bernadett Pöll convinced with her talent on the clarinet. Jonas Hintermaier shone on the bassoon, and the brass quintet "Quintttonic" impressed the jury with their great performance.

These remarkable musicians not only gave their best, but also learned from the professionals to perfect their skills. In recognition of their achievements, the winners will give a concert on July 11 at 7 p.m. in the Festspielhaus.

Info & Tickets

The "Academy of Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl" was not only an opportunity for musical development, but also a time of exchange, inspiration and growth. We hope that all participants had a wonderful time in Erl and look forward to following their future careers.

The annual orchestra academy is financed by the Association of Friends of the Tiroler Festspiele Erl as well as by the State of Tyrol, with the aim of promoting and supporting young musicians. After the focus was on brass players in 2022, string instruments were on the agenda in 2023. This year, woodwind players as well as a brass quintet were given the stage for the first time.
